Refunds & Cancellations

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made for diagnostic and pathology services provided by Accutrust Diagnostics through our website https://accutrustdiagnostics.in or at our collection centers.

1. Appointment Cancellation

• Appointments may be cancelled by contacting our customer support before sample collection or test initiation.
• Cancellations requested after sample collection or test processing has started may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by the user
• Service not provided due to technical or operational issues
• Test cancelled by Accutrust Diagnostics before sample collection

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Sample already collected or processed
• Reports already generated or delivered
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Change of mind after service initiation

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where multiple tests are booked and only some are cancelled prior to processing, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Home Sample Collection

Charges related to home sample collection, if applicable, may be non-refundable once the collection staff has been assigned or dispatched.

7. Cancellation by Accutrust Diagnostics

Accutrust Diagnostics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternate appointment will be offered.

8. Disputes & Grievance Redressal

Any refund or cancellation disputes may be raised by contacting our Grievance Officer as per our Privacy Policy. We aim to resolve grievances within 30 days.

9. Policy Updates

Accutrust Diagnostics reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on this page.
