This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made for diagnostic and pathology services provided by Accutrust Diagnostics through our website https://accutrustdiagnostics.in or at our collection centers.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
In cases where multiple tests are booked and only some are cancelled prior to processing, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Charges related to home sample collection, if applicable, may be non-refundable once the collection staff has been assigned or dispatched.
Accutrust Diagnostics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternate appointment will be offered.
Any refund or cancellation disputes may be raised by contacting our Grievance Officer as per our Privacy Policy. We aim to resolve grievances within 30 days.
Accutrust Diagnostics reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on this page.
